We want you to be fully satisfied with your Protein.com UK apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or base layers cannot be returned once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid Royal Mail or EVRI shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
